Engravable Art Work
Engravable artwork must be vector based images (drawings) as opposed to raster based (bitmaps/jpeg’s) images. While the shape and colour of a bitmap image appears smooth from a distance, when viewed up close you can see the tiny individual squares and dots (pixels) that make up the image. Vector drawings are made up of objects, consisting of smooth lines and continuous colours, and are resolution independent. When viewed up close or from a distance, vector drawings appear as smooth clean lines and edges.

When we receive satisfactory artwork as described on the Artwork page, a one-time setup fee may apply.
For Art Work that does not meet the above specifications and requires re-working, scanning or manipulation by our graphic artists, a nominal artwork charge may apply.
